This Week’s Highlights…

Another great weekend full of action at Starlite Speedway!

Friday night was a full card with much excitement in all classes. The mod-lite class was the one to watch! Everyone was on the edge of their seats as the #4x of Tim Westlake, the #11 of Jeffery (Jeff) Benjamin and the #C4 of Nathaniel (Nate) Combs battled it out for the top three (3) positions respectively. Nate is proving that he can not only run with the “big boys” at the young age of 14, but that he can also keep up!

Saturday night also ran with a full set of cards as there was a lot of close racing. The biggest excitement came from the Stock Lite and the Stock Heavy classes as they battled it out in their money races. The Stock  Lite Class was won by the #37, Cody Marshall who held off a field of 24 karts. The Stock Heavy class battled it out until the very end when the #8 of Jason Tiffany, a newbie to our track, took home the Stilson Contracting Services Sponsored race, winning $100. Thank you Stilson Contracting Services and thank you to everyone who made this night so enjoyable.

Join us this weekend for our Christmas in July event (both nights), Friday night’s Ninja 30 lap Iron Man Race and Saturday we will also be hosting the Kathy Robertshaw Memorial Race. Are you ready for another action packed weekend?!

As always, remember that spectators are FREE at Starlite Speedway;

If you do not have a hauler or trailer attached to your vehicle or have a race car in the back of your truck, you should refrain from parking in the pit area.
